Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging curriculum materials tailored to diverse student needs and educational standards. Conduct interactive sessions that foster enthusiasm for learning and build student confidence. Evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure all children thrive academically. Collaborate with educators and volunteers to exchange innovative teaching strategies and best practices. Participate in community outreach to promote educational programs and recruit new volunteers. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field. Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching practices.
