Key Responsibilities Greet and escort guests warmly to their tables. Present menus, answer questions, and recommend dishes based on guest preferences. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Prepare tables with silverware, glassware, and condiments for dining. Assist in cleaning and organizing the dining area to maintain hygiene. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous waiter/waitress experience preferred but not required. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old. Work closely with the Floor Manager, kitchen staff, and service team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
