We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Assistants to join our team storing aluminum profile goods in Cali, Valle del Cauca Department, Colombia. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to the timely and efficient management of inventory. As a Warehouse Assistant, your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively will directly impact our success in fulfilling customer orders and maintaining product quality. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming aluminum profile goods, ensuring accurate documentation and quality standards. Organize and store merchandise in designated areas within the warehouse for optimal space utilization. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and assist in inventory management tasks. Collaborate with team members to facilitate picking, packing, and shipping processes in accordance with orders. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment by adhering to established protocols. Assist in preparing materials for delivery and loading/unloading shipments as required. Report discrepancies and issues related to inventory or equipment to the supervisor promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential for this position. Ability to manage inventory effectively and pay close attention to detail. Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
