Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage stock control to avoid stockouts and overstock situations. Investigate and report discrepancies in stock levels. Ensure timely delivery of requested stocks to customers and outlets. Oversee receipt of goods and perform quality checks on incoming loads. Organize goods and stocks in designated storage locations. Supervise quality control of received products. Coordinate accurate assembling of orders for dispatch with full product knowledge. Conduct random checks on high-value goods and equipment, including spot inventories. Manage sequencing procedures for dispatching loads efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software. Leadership skills to supervise, train, schedule, and monitor team performance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
