Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive webinar and event funnel strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates.
Create and tailor promotional content across multiple platforms to boost attendance and participant interaction.
Design and optimize landing pages and registration forms to improve user experience and increase sign-ups.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs post-event to evaluate success and recommend actionable improvements.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure event objectives align with overall company goals.
Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to guarantee smooth and professional event execution.
Deliver detailed post-event reports highlighting key successes and areas for future enhancement.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in event marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on webinars preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
Proficiency with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
