Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of workers’ compensation litigation including drafting and arguing pretrial motions to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts to build strong case strategies.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses to prepare compelling testimony and evidence for trials.
• Prepare comprehensive trial materials including exhibits, witness lists, and legal briefs.
• Analyze case files and legal precedents to advise clients effectively and mitigate risks.
