Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of workers’ compensation litigation including drafting and arguing pretrial motions to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts to build strong case strategies.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses to prepare compelling testimony and evidence for trials.
- Prepare comprehensive trial materials including exhibits, witness lists, and legal briefs.
- Analyze case files and legal precedents to advise clients effectively and mitigate risks.
- Support civil litigation matters as needed, enhancing your legal versatility.
- Maintain meticulous case documentation and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.

What We’re Looking For
