Key Responsibilities Design and implement workflow automation solutions using tools such as Cflow and Kissflow . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop AI-driven workflow solutions. Utilize routing logic and Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge to optimize existing workflows for enhanced performance. Configure no-code automation tools to enable seamless integration with current systems. Manage workflow automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Maintain and update detailed documentation for workflows and automation processes. Provide ongoing support and training to team members on automation tools and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven expertise in workflow automation technologies including Cflow and Kissflow . Strong understanding of AI workflow creation, routing logic, and BPM. Experience with no-code configuration tools and system integrations. Familiarity with project management software such as Asana . 3+ years of experience in workflow automation or a similar role preferred.
