Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging content tailored for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop thematic campaigns that resonate with young audiences and parents, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos and photographs showcasing our children’s fashion collections, maintaining a consistent and vibrant brand aesthetic.
• Research and stay updated on current children’s fashion trends to adapt and innovate content strategies that reflect market demands.
• Engage with customers by gathering feedback and ideas through social platforms, fostering a loyal and interactive community around the brand.
• Analyze content engagement metrics regularly to refine strategies, improving reach and conversion rates.
• Assist in organizing and executing photoshoots, including equipment setup and coordination with models and locations to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, Photography, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in content creation, video editing, and photography.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent creativity and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
