Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze website metrics and user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improving user experience and conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize site elements for enhanced performance.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate key insights to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX/UI, and development to iterate on site changes based on analytics findings.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in digital analytics or web performance roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and WordPress analytics plugins.
  • Strong skills in A/B testing methodologies and user interaction analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
  • Experience working remotely or in hybrid environments with self-motivation and discipline.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio.
