I have been working as a Customer Service Representative since I began my working carreer 5 years ago. Many of my jobs included in person work but more recently I began working as a remote CSR for Bisc Contact Center where I had to call different health insurance members in order to offer them a bonus to their existing coverage. It was quite a nice experience all in all!
