So I have wide experience on several different departments. I have started working with Time Warner Cable for New York City, giving customer service, tech support, and billing. It was a really grateful experience that I had had because it was my very first job. Then I have worked with Best US and U-Wager, taking all the information, payments, transactions, and how to gamble with the websites to our customers. I also have experience with accounting with DHL. I have worked with JP Edwards, SAP, and some other tools that we had to use on top of that. And I have worked for Amazon. I have worked for Concessions of Use Prevention, which I had to deliver a very good customer service. It was a very conscious work because we had to deal with people that have been flagged or banned because of this sort of behavior. So we have to be very careful. I have worked with people experience and technology recruitment for Amazon as well, which led me to understand how the business managed themselves and how they actually work at the recruitment site, at Human Resources. And I have worked for Amazon at operations, at operations specialist. I had to manage and deliver all the advertisement for the big companies. We had to do trafficking, QA, self-service, and manage big accounts for the massive advertisers that we have had. But that's my experience working, and that's about it.
Well, I have experience with this type of software or similar tools, so I'm gonna give two examples. First example is the Amazon sites and the Amazon tools that we use to deliver packages for Amazon, for the regular Amazon Prime packages, and for the Amazon foods or the groceries. So for them, we have wide experience delivering, and on top of that, I have worked for my own business making dried fruit, so I had to deal with some other delivery tools and apps like Uber, InDriver, TD, and all of them in order for us to go ahead and deliver our dried fruit or our goods. But yes, I have experience in both of these type of softwares, and I think I could, I'm a quick learner, so if I would have to deal with any other tool, which I have a lot of experience in different tools because I have worked in so many different companies, I think I can go ahead and keep it up with the task without a hesitation or any other situation besides my previous experience on those tools that I have mentioned before.
Well, I remember a time at Amazon that we had to coordinate the delivery for a handicapped person that was an old person on a wheelchair, and it was very difficult to deal with this situation. So I had to take the extra mile and first of all, look for another person around, maybe one of their neighbors, that she could provide a phone number with, and we could handle a faster and simpler pickup because there was a person who was in a building and she was handicapped and she was unable to pick up the package. And the Amazon driver didn't have the enter code to get into or the code access to get into the building, so I had to make another call. We had to talk to the next door neighbor, which the handicapped person authorized, and we were able to manage the situation by that person opening up the gate for the Amazon driver who was going to deliver a big package. And she was the person entitled of the package, was the one able to pick it up. So we needed a little bit of an extra mile, if not, the person wouldn't be able to go ahead and get the package from us. But that was a very successful situation where we had to coordinate the delivery and the pickup for this specific Amazon package. It was an Amazon Prime package for a handicapped person. Yes. That was about it, but it was the extra mile that we took and it was absolutely great.

Well, I remember a time when I was working at Amazon for Concessions of Use Prevention. We have to deal with calls and emails and on top of that, chats. So we had to multitask on every situation, more likely the person on the chats and the phone because there were urgent matters regarding concessions of use and greater amounts of money. So there was this time that I've had to manage four people at a time, and based on the priority and based on the amount that they were trying to claim, that was my situation. I pick up the priority amount and the priority situation to handle, so I start with it. I finish the call with the person, then I get to the person who was the most urgent at that time, and I solve every single situation. There wasn't such a massive deal because that's what you have to be used to it, that's what you have to be used to with. So I'm pretty happy that I conquered the goal, but I remember there was more than once. Yes, I remember there was another time when I was working at recruitment, and we had to finish a class of 200 people for L2 at Amazon. And at that time it was such a difficult time because we had to receive many incoming calls from every single one who had to apply and had to get all everything done because we had a timeline that it was about to be, it was an SLA that it was about to be met. So we had to, I had to prioritize based on candidates who have sent the information before and that how was I was going to be able to handle so many, or to dispatch many requests at the same time. It was based on priority and I made it good. But I have similar examples that I could give to you guys, how I have handled these situations before.
