So, what I would do is maybe prioritize all the tasks by the urgency. The most important ones that we need to clear out first, those are the ones I would do first, focusing on data required for immediate business operations. I also have found that grouping similar projects together helps out a lot. So it gives me like a greater focus, and it also helps maintain like a faster speed when it comes to working with the data sets. And of course, it also provides me a greater degree of accuracy as well. And when I faced a one-day deadline, for example, to migrate hundreds of files, of patient files, I made it by creating like a little data template, you can say, to kind of like automate any kind of formatting. This allowed me to work on focused, you can say, focused sprints and complete the project basically in a very short amount of time, like an hour or so, and I would do it with almost perfect accuracy, you can say. So thank you for the question.
So, to answer your question, pretty much what I would use is Excel, of course, and I will export the data sets into the Excel and use some kind of a conditional formatting to highlight any kind of duplicates that I might find in the data and extract or maybe delta any kind of comparisons to find pretty much where the specific cells differ, pretty much. And after that, I would, well, I would manually reconcile all the records to ensure some kind of a single source, you can say, so that there is like a consolidated source, pretty much, something consolidated that I would use, kind of like a master source. Now, after that, I would standardize, I would apply some kind of a uniform format to all the addresses, names, date of birth, any kind of information that they had on the, on their database or under Excel spreadsheets. And I would also use like a find or replace functions for data validation tools and data validation tools, sorry. So I corrected all the inconsistencies across the entire set before I tried to re-import any of the data. And in order, what I would also do, for example, is kind of like set some kind of a validation rule so that way I would require like a specific kind of format for like, let's say, phone numbers.
So yes, hi, thank you very much for the opportunity. I used to use a lot of Microsoft Excel, mostly VLOOKUP and of course, conditional formatting. Pretty much what I did there was cross-reference any of our active databases against, of course, the master provider to list or to identify exactly what the syntax was in that situation was failing. Now, in terms of standardization, I would use a kind of like a system pretty much that I used. Well, it was something like a data management system pretty much to suggest basic field validation rules and prevent, you know, errors with your fingers that you perform some kind of a typo or something. These usually, that's what I would call like a real-time error. And well, when it came to Spanish-speaking patients, I made sure that I translated all the medical terminology to the correct English equivalent whenever they brought some kind of a document from their home country. So I would try to translate that as accurate as possible as well. So that was pretty much it, what I did in any event. And well, if you have any further questions, anything at all, then make sure to let me know. Take care. Bye.

Well, in tech support I've always worked with a team, always. So for example, if a teammate I knew, for example, that was nearby, was having issues with either the system or with the product itself, I would try to explain to them, listen, here's what you can do, here's the situation, here's this and here's that. So that's what I would do. It's not really a big deal. For example, if I see somebody struggling, I will try to help them set up a team. That's it. Nothing extraordinary. So in essence, well, thank you very much for your time and thank you for the opportunity.
Well, to be perfectly honest, I think it's fairly easy for me to actually adapt to kind of changes. I don't know, it's not a question of emotion or something like that, but it's something that I'm used to doing because I kind of like adapt fast. So, in any event, I'm familiar with it. I've never had a difficult situation as such. So, but what I would do is if I were to have something like that, I would just not think about it and say, I have to do it. And that will be it. Thank you very much.
So, yes, first part, of course, that is where I guess the listening part comes in. After that, I would, you know, propose any number of solutions, what have you, it doesn't really matter what it is. Of course, you have to be familiarized with the product itself, or you have to know the product or the service. So, you can propose some kind of a solution. Thank you very much.
Well, yes, my name is Cesar. Thank you very much for the opportunity. I was substituted here. I've had experience as a customer service representative before. I consider myself to be quite detail-oriented. I believe I have active listening skills, of course, and since I've also worked as a tech support representative in several other campaigns, I've also had a proven problem-solving skills, pretty much. Well, I wanna thank you very much for the opportunity, and I hope to be hearing from you soon. Take care.
