Emergency Dispatcher / CSR / And TSM

I work as an Emergency Dispatcher and CSR scheduler for Multiple HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Companies. I take inbound and make outbound calls for customers looking for these services. I schedule appointments, gather customer info for CRM systems . And dispatch emergecny technicians for After Hour concerns. I am also the Team Manager for my CSR's who I train for our clients and provide QA for our services. I also deal directly with our clients and provide billing for client payment.
