To talk a little bit about my experience is I have been in this industry, the BPO, as well as online sales taxing with, as well as online teaching. I've been basically through all of it, anywhere from starting as an agent all the way to being a coordinator of a program for like to improve your English. It's a free language improvement program that we got started at Citel. So I know all of the ins and outs, how to maintain my scores, how to also always just be on time. Obviously, just being at home, I've always been on time, never had an issue, and I've never missed a day since I've been working here as well. So if anything, I would say my experience is that of a professional, and I adhere not only to my schedule, but to new notes, new things that are going on. There's been a lot of changes with AI as well too, and we've been working with AI, and in the end, it's actually going to take the job that we're doing, but I really don't feel it's going to do too good of a job because there are many little linking questions, or as well, like these experience questions with which help a customer feel like they're having a good experience with you, that I just don't feel AI is going to be able to give you. So if anything, I do have all of the experience needed to be able to work as a dispatcher, absolutely.
Some of the tools that I use are obviously, you know, Central Dispatch and also BATS. It's one of our systems that we use to be able to have all of the information of the customer and drivers all going into one, and it really helps out because it's actually very smooth. As well, currently using Dialpad. I know all of the ins and outs of that as well, too. If it is that we had to, I was able to do video calls as well, too. I have very strong internet here, anywhere from up to 200 megabytes per second. And so basically, yeah, it's what we have. I also have my own Logitech headset as well as Crisp for a noise reducer. So there's no noise that happens whatsoever. Sometimes here in this country, there's like dogs barking and stuff, but I've never had an issue with a customer ever since. Sometimes they actually even ask me if I'm AI because of the way that I answer the phone. And so it's very, very clear.
One of the major challenges that I had was when a customer had set up with like three or four other companies. And so I would actually even help call those companies because sometimes they don't want to relinquish the cancellation. And so I had to keep telling the customer every time that there's another one there, they're gonna keep overbidding and it's gonna knock our prices off, and that's actually exactly what happened. And so I had to call all of them, and then we reset the price over back to how it should normally have been done after we did the dispatching. And so from there moving forward, everything was good to go.

Yes, I have um worked with multiple dispatches, even up to 20 while searching. Um then they were dispatched. I had to send the invoices and making sure they were all with the correct information. As well, after dispatch, I would be speaking with them throughout all of the logistic of the transport, as well having to work with um ports at the same time and making sure that the carriers were always on top of what it was that they needed, as well with getting all of the customer information, like gate passes, lot numbers, uh the bin numbers, and making sure the hours of the stores were on there and making sure private to private, all those little annotations that really need to be there so that way it could be without a hiccup on the pickup for the driver. That's what I mostly concentrated on, but um yes, I've had, I, I, I create orders, so yes, I've definitely done a lot of them.
My name is Tony. I'm here in Nicaragua, Managua. I have all of my components. I currently actually work for a dispatcher in the U.S. They said that they're going to be using a lot of AI, so a lot of us are going to be losing our jobs. And so I do feel comfortable that I would keep my job, but they also said by May, most of us will not even be there. Only the people that are allocated in the U.S. will be. So I was looking into...
