Go to CazVidI got around 2 years job experience in customer service and technical support, and thanks to that, nowadays I'm able to handle every kind of customer's calls in order to give an assertive resolution, meanwhile keeping investigative about the user's complaints, also I got strong communication skills and a great emphaty in customer care, in adition I have a lot of experience using diverse of computer's programs like microsoft office, office 365 and more.
