TRAINER
Train the community on constitution and their Rights on the bill of rights and on the National Health act. Hold Health talks on the clinics that we were given access on to speak to patients since we were not allowed by to do that by the then administration.. Participate on a Survey to find out information from facility managers on availability of essential medicines in their respective facilities. Compile Weekly, Monthly and Quartaly reports and report to the provincial manager.
Decanting Mentor
Conduct health talks at the clinic waiting areas. Speak to patients on services the facility offers not forgetting the main information on the CCMDD program, what options and how we the program can help them especially in reducing the time they wait in the clinic.. Register newly recruited patients on the Adherence club register.. Refer the newly registered patients to the Professional nurse for assessment so that we recruit the relevant patient on the program. Prepare for clinical meetings between funders and the facility managers. Check the Delivery of PMPs and sort them according to dates together Pharmacy assistant.. Refer lost to follow up patients for Counselling with the retention manager in the facility.. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Field Worker
Greet and Meet Visitors Public, or constituents at the reception and directing them to the waiting area.. Inform Member of Parliament or Member of the Provincial legislature that constituencies are waiting at the reception for them. Answer screen and forward all incoming and outgoing calls.. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via the phone or email.. Receive, sort, distribute and file all the incoming correspondence.. Track outgoing and incoming documents.. Arrange meetings (including venues), presentations, Refreshments, and other requirements for the Parliamentary Constituency office.. Update Calendar of Member of Parliament, Member of the provincial legislature and Senior Field worker.. Keep Proper expenses of Parliamentary Constituency Office.. Establish strong network of relevant stakeholders in the constituency.. Conduct an oversight to government institutions on behalf of MP and MPL and report the findings for remedial.. Draft monthly reports of all the work done in a month.
