In my work environment, we do face the challenges. So the strategy I use is to stay achieve it always accurately, make sure that whatever happens, I take care of, I take note of, play my full responsibility. There's nothing which I can undermine or I take something bigger. Everything has to be treated very well. I must make sure that I don't just make some follow-ups on employees' performance and everything, not just to take things for granted. So we have to take everything very seriously and accurately. And before we take the decisions, we must have the full facts of everything. And also time management is very important, because once you are behind the time, we cannot go in to manage most of the things. And also work overtime at home to finish up wherever I left at work unfinished. So extra working hours unpaid is very important as long as I finish up my job. Some of the things you can't finish during the working hours. So we have to work extra mile.
Teamwork is very much important and it's very much challenging because we have people do have different issues, different directions. I'm sorry for this, something interrupted me. Very sorry. Once I had a problem of one of the employees I was. It was going out, absent without authorization most of the time. So we didn't know how to deal with that. And as a team, some they say, we have to fire the employees. And then my conversation was that, no, guys, please, let us try to get full information. Why is he doing that? We have to investigate first. Then we called the employees, ask him. Then explain some challenges he was having at home. That's why he doesn't have money transport sometimes, so sometimes doesn't come to work. So we had to deal with the issue of sort of funds for him to come to work and explain to him that he must try, not just face one person to look for money. Let him try to try one or two or three people. Because coming to work is very important for him not to come. It's like you won't get the full amount every month. And that's going to make the problem continue continuously. So then, yeah, we did solve the problem. From there, he tried to look the things other way around because he never realized the means that when he's absent, he's reversing, he's not getting the full payments.
My customer service, it was when we were looking for clients. I recruited one client. They wanted to outsource the employees from us. And then I explained the benefits of using us, that we are going to take care of everything, the statutory deduction, the SARS, and the CCMA cases. So he doesn't have to worry. So everything will be upon us. So therefore, it's very useful for him to use us because he's going to just relax and then we have to take care of everything.
