Hello, good morning. My name is Ivan Camilo Beltran Alvarez. I am 30 years old. Actually, I am living in Bogota, Colombia with my wife. I am a psychologist of University Catholic of Colombia in 2018 and have a master's degree in social and human management in 2021 in the sub-university Escuela Superior de Administración Pública in Bogota. In my professional experience, I have eight years of experience like a psychologist, three like a clinical psychologist, and five like an organizational psychologist. My first job in the organizational area was in the ADECO group. It's a multinational company that is offering different human resources. I worked like a recruiter, recruited different positional levels, operational assistant, professional master and senior. After that, I had the opportunity to work in the BPO industry. I worked at an American company called DQ Sales, like a human resources coordinator for a healthcare service line. I was responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, and burden for the health campaign with three operational lines. And in my last experience in the human resource, I was a freelance recruiter for another USA company called Coachcare, recruiting and selection different healthcare positions.
