I have been able to continue using my interpreter skills and improve them with every single interaction., I had the opportunity to support my team leader and the quality team with administrative tasks and improvement approaches to be applied so we could provide better interpretation services.
Medical Interpreter
I provided interpreter services to companies related to utility bills, school meetings, car insurance record statements, but the majority of the calls were medical related., I provided interpreter services for approximately 1,600 hours., I really enjoy the opportunity to provide interpreter services as we can help people a lot being a bridge of communication., I love the fact that we get to learn a lot of new stuff while we provide medical interpretation services., My QA results were always meeting expectations from the ones done by QA from Teleperformance and from the client itself., I got the opportunity to share personal tips to create a plan and help coworkers with their interpretation services.
