Okay, the question is, can you describe a time when you had to adapt quickly to a change in your responsibilities? What was the situation and how did you handle it? Well, I have two years' experience as customer service and my first time working as customer service was in tickets in emails. So it was very tough when from one day to another, they told me, OK, you will not take tickets anymore. Beginning tomorrow, 7 a.m., you will be handling phone calls. So imagine, it was my first time in a job and taking phone calls was tough, especially to the people that never took phone calls. Never, never. So speaking to a negative people, I don't know, it feels like shy. I feel like, will they understand me? Will I be able to fix that problem via phone call? Because there's a time frame and through phone calls, everything is like very fast. You don't feel the time.
Okay, have you ever trained new staff members and they didn't enter protocols? Please share your approach or any challenges you faced during the training process. Yes, I did. As I mentioned before, I worked in a hospital where I do my practice in a hospital. And we use Salesforce and the auto system. So I was one of the doctors that first used those systems. So I teach the new ones. I had a year working there, there, sorry, so I teach them to the new ones. I teach to the new doctors, even to the doctors who didn't like to use technology. They have to use because that's something new, that's something that is better for a big paper or it's better, okay? So, did I face any challenges? Not really, because now people at my age learn very fast, especially the youngest one.
Question is, describe a situation where you identify discrepancy in data entry. How do you handle it and what steps did you take to resolve that issue? Well, I will put two examples, as a customer service representative because I have two years' experience, and as a medical doctor because that's something more delicate. First, as a customer service representative.
Okay, so the question is, can you provide a specific example of a time when you entered, and sure, I'm sorry, a currency in your data entry? What tools did you use and what was the outcome? So, what tools did I use? Well, as I mentioned in my CV, I'm a medical doctor, so every information that I put may be handwrited or in a computer is double checked because when I write something, states my name because yes or yes, I have to use my name. And in the computer, it states my name because it's my user. So I double check everything, almost everything.
how will you handle drafting messages on someone's behalf and coordinating with clients, vendors, or an accountant? So, that's a secretary, an assistant's job. So, by taking notes, I have my own agenda, I have my computer, I have my iPad, but I feel really, really comfortable writing everything. I think I remember everything by taking notes, hand notes, with a pencil.
So the question is, how would you track deadlines, appointments, expenses, receipts, and invoices while keeping details accurate? So as I mentioned before, double-checking information, for example, if today is, let me see the date, it's October 28th. I have, for example, if my boss have a meeting in two weeks, I will review that meetings every day, every day. I will see if it continues at the same hour. I will check if the people will be available at that time. So double-checking information every day, no matter if the meetings will be in two weeks or in a month. Updating information to my boss or to the people that I'm working with. And I think information, putting an eye on that information, and that's it.
The question is, describe a time you organized calendar, emails, or documents to help someone stay on top of their task. So, well, um, as I'm a very organized person, I have like my calendars, I have uh some boards, bulletin boards, so that's not a problem. I organize a day before. That's some, I'm a girl, so even my clothes, I organize them a day before. So I just double check on the information, uh, send them reminders, and, and that's it.

I have to speak with people meanwhile I'm writing, so that means that I'm a very multitasking person, sorry. So, that's not a problem with me. I organize my time. I know what to do.
