Provides patient care which takes into account patient response to care provided, patient needs, problems, capabilities, limitations, and progress toward goals. Measures and records vital signs, heights, weights, other parameters including pain assessment. Interviews patient and records history, chief complaint, other findings. Prepares patients for examinations and performs routine screening tests including EKGs. Assists provider with exams and minor office procedures. Collects and processes lab specimens including phlebotomy. Performs point-of-care testing, including pertinent quality control testing, documenting results. Prepares and administers medications (with exceptions per organizational or site-specific guidelines) with provider written order. Changes/applies dressings, removes sutures, other minor procedures. Performs CPR when needed. Accurately, legibly, legally documents findings, services provided (including medication administration), education/instructions given, completes other required documentation. Cleans rooms after each patient exam. Answers phones/makes phone calls as needed/directed & Schedules appointments

Assist with the rooming of patients into the exam room. Perform health assessments including vitals, and EKG’s. Administer vaccines as well as provide oxygen to patients. Transport specimens to the labs and quality check equipment

Assist customers with purchasing and returning merchandise. Assist customers with money transfers, money grams, & cash reloads. Assist customers with finding merchandise and keeping them stocked

Direct family & employees in/out of the building. Answer the phones and take messages or transfer calls. Complete all the daily cleaning tasks & laundry for the entire building. Assist to transport residents to or from their rooms to the common area for group exercise, games, and fun activities

Direct donors whether new or return which screen are to proceed towards. Obtain vital signs, hematocrit levels, as well as protein levels and biometric information and data to determine donor eligibility. If the donor results are substantial then they may proceed to the donating area if not depending on the variable they may be eligible for a retake which I will perform. Assist with the calibrating and sanitation of equipment

Direct residents and family in/out of the dining hall. Answer the phones and takedown dinner requests from residents who aren't well. Complete all the daily cleaning tasks & set all the dining tables in my section with silver and glasses. Assist the residents and/or family in the dining hall as though it were a 5 star restaurant service
