Monitor a group of interviewers’ performance for compliance with SRL procedures, completing evaluations and providing constructive feedback by assigned deadlines. Review interviewer records and recorded calls using WinCati, SeeQCv7 (C123), Nextiva, and Microsoft Excel to identify errors and verify information. Identify and document incorrect interviewer dispositions and other errors in Excel, including brief descriptions of the issue, and provide follow-up feedback to interviewers. Conduct telephone interviews for the Illinois Department of Public Health BRFSS, communicating clearly with respondents while ensuring data quality and following established survey procedures.
