Well, like I said, I used to work on loyalty Transport Court. I used to be a driver myself in there. I drove for like three years or so, but in the meantime, I was also, because the dispatcher that used to be there before he quit, they needed somebody else, and I like to learn new things. I like to do new things. So I said, hell yeah, why not? So I told them, hey, I can do it. Just teach me a little bit, and I'll take it from there. I'm a fast learner. I never say no to anything, and I kept it as a challenge. And I did great, but also, like I said, I wasn't a full-time dispatcher, but I've done it for many times, many days, sometimes even for a whole month entirely, sometimes only for one week or for a few days. And I used to go and do deliveries as well. So yeah, I mean, I like to do it. I like to drive it and I like to dispatch. It was great, great experience, and I wish I could do it again.
I used to work with 4Pro and Samsara. Samsara used to let me know where the people are, how many hours of driving they used to have, how many hours left, and all of that, if they were parked, if they were driving, if they were on break. That helped me a lot doing the scheduling for whatever is next for next day. I used to work with 4Pro as well. 4Pro, I used to upload the paperwork if they lost it or they didn't pick it up on the on the way out. They were able to actually print it out in any, well, any printer on any gas station or whatever. I used to work a lot with that because I would see where exactly they were going. If they had any issues, I'd know where they're at and where they were heading. And before, if there's any specifications of our clients for these people, or at least for the drivers to pick up something or to deliver something, for example, they have to have, I don't know, a steel-toed boots or whatever, I would let them know before one day before, hey, do you have this? OK, you do have it. Great. You can do this delivery. If you don't have it, you can't do it, unfortunately. And I will go to the next delivery person, ask them the same questions, like that, there's no problem for next day.
Um, well, most times, sometimes when you have actually deliveries outside doing OTR or local deliveries, but you also have some of them that only work from port to port. Sometimes they used to get mixed up and um well, not mixed up, they used to get really angry because I'm dispatching this person, this person needs help, the other person needs another help. But what I did was, most of them, I used to tell them always being respectful, first of all, telling them, hey, I'm on the phone, give me five seconds, I'll get back to you in a minute. And once I'm done, I'll give them a call back right away and try to issue the problem. Sometimes even I used to tell them to please send me a small text about the problem if I can actually um solve the problem. Meanwhile, solving the other problem that I had on the phone with the other drivers.

The time I used to work for Loyalty Transport Corp, I used to manage a lot of drivers, that's a big company, so yeah, the times that I stayed behind in the office being a dispatcher, I've done more than 20 dispatches a day, maybe even more. Apart from that, I was in charge for the dispatch for port deliveries and port pickups as well. So yeah, I've done many, I've dispatched many customers and many, also many drivers of our company at the same time, the whole day throughout the day, more than 20, more than 30 drivers a day.
