Capturing of information from paper to computer.. Perform all office duties assigned by supervisor.. Filling. Scheduling and facilitating adherence club sessions. Preparing for club sessions including ensuring chronic medications pre packs are ordered and available before each adherence club sessions. Distributing ARV’s and other chronic treatment supplies to adherence club members.. Conducting support/education group activities; referring patients to the club nurse for clinical management and follow ups. Returning uncollected medicines to pharmacy and following up patients who have missed sessions.

Giving advices and mentorship. Providing feedback of work to superiors. Registering of patient on synch. Conducting support and educated on how to adhere in care.
