Ordering and managing office equipment, materials and supplies. Take minutes for team and other meetings as required. Maintain a good filing system, database and archive. Keep site supervisors informed of issues affecting site operations. Ensure policies, best practises, and customer care standard are followed. Perform other administrative duties are assigned by the site manager
