Yeah, sure, I can tell you about my experience. Yeah, I would say that I have almost three years of experience in the logistic field. I have been working with Pickup Now and with OneRail. I don't know if you know about them, but yeah, they are like a big company, yeah, for deliveries in the United States. For Pickup Now, I would say that I was like trying to got the orders delivered in some time and try to manage the main communication between the stores and the drivers and the drivers with the customers, right? And yeah, I would say that I managed around 200 to 400 per day, but with OneRail, we have a lot of orders, you know? So we have orders coming from Lowe's, most of them. Then I have orders coming from, let me, let me remember about it, coming from Big Lots, I guess, and from American Freight too. So yeah, I was the main communication between the drivers, with the customers, and the stores. And yeah, I was always trying to do my best to get the orders delivered on time. We have SLAs, you know? We have orders that were urgent for the day, right? For VIP customers, and yeah, we were always trying to do our best to get that order delivered first and then we go ahead and go with the other orders. And yeah, I was managing calls, chats, emails, and also have communication with
Yeah, I would say that actually in the company that I was working for, they have their own software, right, to tracking the orders and tracking the drivers also. They have like a whole map of the United States where the drivers were. And also we can able to see like the customer house with Google Earth or something like that, right? So yeah, I have a good experience with that software, with that kind of software, when you are able to see, you know, the price, the items of the order, the drivers. Also, we have like the whole information of the customers. We have like, yeah, yeah, we have almost the whole access, right? Like almost the access that the store has coming from the customer. So yeah, I would say that I have a good experience with that. And yeah, I used them a lot because I was all the time trying to communicate between trying to communicate to the customer, to the driver and to the store, and trying to, you know, be multitasking all the time. I usually managed chats, emails, calls. Most of the time it was outbound calls because I was the one that was calling the driver for updates and updating the customer, you know. So yeah, I would say that I have a good experience with that situation. And I always try to do my best. Like I said, I always try to have the best solution for the customer concern and for the drivers, you know. So yeah, I usually manage two or three softwares, you know, dispatch software, and try to do the best with them, to use them.

Yes, sure, I can tell you about it. Actually, I would say that the most challenging thing in this job is the job that we have to find drivers, you know. Like I said, I will have some areas that we don't have, like, enough drivers to do the order. So I was, my strategy was like offer tips to them, you know. They were like, we need money for the gas, we need money for the toll. So I tried always to have like a balance between the orders with the price of the orders and with the drivers. So yeah, I would say that that is the main problem that I have, that I had. Yeah, for the pickups and for the deliveries, it will be about the drivers. So yeah, because the orders are always available in the store most of the time, and the customers are always waiting for the order. But in some, we have some special cases, you know, when the customer is not in the house and we need to wait for the customer. It depends on the politics of the company, of the stores. In some stores, like, you know, with, for example, Big Lots, we have the delivery without the sign, right? So we can say to the driver, you can deliver the order outside of the car, of the house, in the driveway or in the garage or something like that, or we can receive the instructions for the customers, right? So it's gonna depend of the store. Because I work also with Bear Paint and they were really strict about it, right? If the customers were not there, the drivers were not able to, were not allowed to.
Yeah, yeah, I can do it. Actually, on my last job, I have like managed around 2,000 stores per day. And yeah, we have like an excellent program in order to catch up with the drivers in the stores and the customers. I always try to do like meet the goals for the SLAs that we have. And yeah, I would say that I work with the urgent orders first with the priorities that we have, the VIP customers or something like that. And then I will go ahead and do with the next orders that we have in order to meet the goals. So yeah, I am a very multitasking person, so I have no problem at all with dealing with multiple orders at a time and multiple dispatches, like I say. So yeah, in order to meet the goals, I always try to do my best with the orders. And yeah, sometimes we have like not a lot of drivers in the area, so I was like offering tips and try to sell in the orders to the drivers because, you know, sometimes they check about the gas, the distance, and then do not win it. We try to help the customers, but also we try to help the drivers, right? Because, you know, it's a mutual help in this job. And yeah, I really love to be a dispatch. I really love the logistic fields. I think that it's a beautiful experience because you can see the customer satisfaction and you feel good in that way. So yeah, I would say that that is my...
