You may find that under a certain receiver room or receiving center, you are late maybe, you are late by 30 minutes for the receiver room or dispatch or warehouse to close. So now it's gonna be very challenging to offload the goods because the people who are employed to do their work there, they are now rushing to go back to their home because of they're gonna be late on their client station or their transport. They're gonna be late. So it's gonna be, it's a very challenging situation because now they are making everything on rush. So someone who's driving a high staff gonna be loaded up, unloading or load the pallets anyway. So you're gonna check that the pallets are lined correctly and the goods that are there, they are loading or unloading, they are proper to be loaded or to be offloaded on that particular place. So it's a very, very, very, very stressful situation because you may find that you deliver the wrong goods at the wrong working place because of time. So it's a very challenging situation that I can say there.

When you're conducting a postscript vehicle, maybe you can find that the vehicle you're gonna use have a bad tyre. So the tyres are very important, so it's one of the issues which bring a high accident in the South African roads is because of the bad tyre. So you need to tell your management or anyone who is your supervisor to work that you have a problem with your tyre so they must change your tyre. So on a postscript, when you are done now delivering, you may find that you got the customer is not satisfied with the items you brought because of time or because of the way they were loaded, some items, they lost the airship or some, they become now rejects. So, that I can say is, it's a very difficult situation to overcome because you have to work hand in hand with the customer as well as your management and to come to a point that I demand points which whom what must be done in order to solve the solution. So, what I can say in these problems or these inspections, what is important is to talk to your supervisor, talk to your management or they're gonna give you a way forward. Without the cooperation or without teamwork, so it's gonna be hard to make it.

The welcome is very, very good, and it takes a lot of time, a lot of pressure. So you must make sure that you know your story, so the customer must be satisfied and the customer must get his product within the due date, so that you'll keep satisfying his customers also.
