For us to be a successful team, first of all, we have to share the very same goal, have one goal in common, participate, allow one another to put his own opinion in any given matter.

I remember it was a school, we were given a project whereby we had to create a blog, whereas we were not yet taught how to create a blog. So I had to research and then explain to the learners on how did I create one since we haven't like been taught how to create a blog. So it was a research. I had no other ways but to let them see how to research. So I was teaching at the same time.

I remember when I had to, it was a morning shift, I had to drop a customer in mainland. There was a traffic on the freeway, so I had to first let the customer know that I'm thinking of choosing an alternative route, only to find out the customer was not safe and was not feeling safe and comfortable, so I had to tell the customer, please, the customer is always right.
