Oversee the end-to-end alignment of structural consultant blueprints with detailed construction deliverables for massive township and plant-adjacent infrastructure projects.. Spearheaded detailed quantity take-offs, macro BOQ formulations, and rate analysis to maintain rigorous cost control across multiple concurrent civil packages.. Serve as the central link interfacing between structural consultants, architects, procurement engineering, and contractors to proactively resolve design conflicts and site bottlenecks..
