Well, I try to familiarize with the problem to be 100% involved in that problem, understand it, and talk with my teammate. Once I talk with my teammate, I try to find the easiest and the correct way to fix this issue.
I would use folders organized with labels, but I think the the uses tool for this thing is the spreadsheets, where I can put the name, where was the when was the last review of the file, and when we need to do the the next revision of the file.
