I did my experiential learning at Eat Your Greens farm in Pyramid, for 12 months under the mentorship of Mr Nomore and Mr Roudolf assistance on daily farm operations including.. crop maintaining, irrigation and harvest. Earn the knowledge of soil preparation. Performed maintenance of the farm and Fertilizing and pest management. improved Problem Solving and critical thinking. Gained team work and communication skills through collaboration with farm staff, mentorship and customers.
Junior Farm Manager
Supervising every operations on the farm ,overseeing every operations including.. land Preparation, soil preparation.. irrigation system installation( drip irrigation).. Transaplanting and fertilizing immediately after planting.. pruning of a crop Spinach and fruit trees(Apples and lemons).. fertilizing and spraying with pesticides and insecticides. Harvesting. packing. LIVESTOCK TECHNICIAN(cattles, sheeps and pigs). Overseeing Ill animals. Helping them to give birth. Feeding. Vaccinating. Maintaining pigs shelter. Managing cattles ,deeping, validating, Mark brending. pigs management, separating new ones from the old ones.. Vaccinating pigs ,feeding ,supplying clean water.
