Payroll processing by the plan administrator ensuring the correct submission to the Record keeper such as LT Trust, Vanguard, Fidelity, and others., Reconcile Employee and Employer contributions, loans, and plan compensation between the company’s data, the Client’s payroll provider, and the Record Keeper., Develop daily Excel and SQL reports to get and reconcile the data needed., Maintain communication by email with the sponsor and record keeper to solve the daily requirements or issues.

Provide a daily report of the principal KPI of the line of business in charge, such as attendance, customer satisfaction, quality, or service level., Analyze and monitor the workforce capacity to advise the coordinator and make decisions., Develop new types of reports through Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint (Business reviews).

Provide data entry and salary benchmarking studies for the company., Analyze the company profiles and compensation using the Hay and Mercer methodology., Develop Power BI dashboards to measure the area’s performance., Analyze and report to the company a general head count of all Americas sites by position., Reconcile accounts between the company's insurance and various accounting departments, such as payroll, accounting and purchasing.
