What safety practices do I follow when working in a physically demanding environment? I wear my full PPE when going to the workshop or to work and use a safety PPE when doing the safety measures of the work and use the well tools that I am supposed to use at that time. I don't carry a heavy material or a heavy thing alone. I ask for someone to lift with. I also work in a clear environment so that tools, so that I can move clearly and also carry some and read instructions when using that material. Thank you.
