Handling the operations of RMHS starting from coal unloading in Hopper to conveying in bunkers through wagon tippler.. Handling RMHS equipment including belt conveyors (both LT and HT motor driven), Scoop Coupling, Wagon tippler, STACKER cum RECLAIMER, and protection systems like Zero Speed, Belt Sway and Pull Cord Switches.. Performing desk operation and monitoring parameters in PLC system.. Monitoring plant performance.. Looking after coal yard management and associated heavy earth machines.. Preparing SOP for the coal conveying system and organizing training sessions for the team.. Observing isolation and normalization processes; maintaining log books and physical coal stock records; preparing 00:00 hrs reports; maintaining defect registers; and checking conveyor checklists.. Managing operations and daily maintenance plans, monitoring blending of different grades of coal, and monitoring housekeeping manpower.. Following safety rules and regulations; conducting toolbox training; and monitoring permits, SOPs, HIRA details, and site procedures for job work.. Handling material (iron and coal), customer requirements, truck unloading (TT), rake unloading and stacking, yard management, and smooth operation of SCR and REC equipment.. Serving BACE BLENDING PLANT, DIRECT REDUCE IRON (DRI), and POWER PLANT customers.. Managing multiple bunker feeding and coordinating with Main CCR for iron, flux, and sinter product.. Preparing rake reports and DPR.. Managing manpower.. Maintaining production objectives through proper machine operation and accurately recording production.. Following established safety rules, communicating hazards and safety issues, and properly using personal protective equipment.. Ensuring safe operational conditions of production and related equipment.. Maintaining housekeeping and cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment.
