I think the main thing when you're working with the people, when you're one or two, more than two people working as a team, you need to respect each other's opinion and then you need to respect one another. You need to believe with someone's opinion how to handle the problem that you're facing. Whenever you're working as a team, I think that each and everyone has his or her opinion, so you need to respect one another and then I think the most important thing when you're working as a team, you need to respect one another and then I think this is how you make your way forward and then you make your opinion valid, you make your opinion being seen or how you need to handle that situation at that particular time. And then the other person come up with a different view and then this is how you get things when you're giving it there are many different views and then you can see how to approach the thing now. So I think that is how it needs to be.
I think working as a collective team, you come across with different mindsets and then everyone's coming up with a different opinion. It's easy as a team because there are many opinions and different views, and then you come to the point where you are using one counter to come across and challenge the problem that you're facing. And then I think working as a team is easy because there are many views and then there are many challenges that you come across and then it's easy for you to come up with a plan according to the problem that you're facing. And I think this is the best thing to do as a team. And then I think the results, it's probably going to be the positive results because there's a lot of people who are working together and then you give a different perspective, different views, and then you come up with an agreement that this is how we need to approach this problem that you're facing. And then you come across with a strategic answer that says this is how we need to approach this problem that you're facing at the moment. And then I think that is how the importance of working in a team, being as a collective as a team, and then you respect one another and then you come to the point where you make one decision, and then that's how you feel about how to approach the thing.
I think the best thing that you can do when you are managing your son's competitors is that you need to make sure everything is worked out according to your needs, to make sure that what's probably to improve the person and then you know what's your today work and then you need to work out. I think it's important to work with people who are knowing so much more about you and you need to learn how to attend the difficulties that you come across at work. And then I think it's each and every time that you come across with a problem in this work or whenever in real life, you need to take your time and look at the problem properly and then the effects of the outcome and then it comes upon you and how you respond to the problems you are facing or whatever you are dealing with at the same time. You need to make sure that everything is working out according to whatever you're working towards it. I think the main problem is that when I was working, we were given a certain task at work and then there was a period of time that you need to finish that particular outcome and then I think the most important thing is that you enter according to what you're being 100% what you are. You know exactly how to attack the problem and then you are 100% sure that whatever you are doing, you know it very well and then you can see the outcome. And if there is a problem, then you think that you know how to deal with the problem next time and then you must know that you always ask people above you and then I think you work according to work propositions, so I think that's how you know.

According to me, what I can tell you is while I was working at Sunil Depot, it's in Durban. I was working as a basic operator. I wasn't the main operator, but that teaches me a lot of things. According to operating, if the machines give you a problem, you make sure that you write each and every thing on your worksheet. If you are paid because there's a main target, each and every time there's a shift, there is a sheet that is going that thing. And then you'll make sure that you report each and everything to your supervisor. And when if the operator is not willing to fix the machine, you call upon me and someone who is bigger than you can assist you how to fix the machine. So you can, each and every time there's a problem, you write the assistant amount of time that the machine was stopping and then each and everything you work it down so you can give it to the operator so they can see if how you didn't maintain the targets that is given to you because I believe each and every shift is given a target. So I think it's important that you write each and everything down and then you make sure that the assistant is signed that worksheet so they can be able to see that you were working properly and you know what exactly you were doing at a certain time while the machine was not working. There was a person who was assisting you with fixing the machine. I think that's the most important thing, that's each and every thing you make sure that you write it on your worksheet so they can know that that time the machine was not operating, what was happening. So I think this is the best thing that you can do as a operator if you're still you're perking and you can not able to do it on your own, then you need assistance, someone can help you. I think this is the main thing that can help you.
My name is Simkose Mpela. I finished my matric in 2009 and from there I went to DUT to do my electrical engineering. Unfortunately, I didn't finish. I have my S3 full. The only thing that's left is for me to do S4. And from there I went to take a break. A small business. I was working there as a general worker. So from there we were producing sweets and we were working in the food industry. So I know the importance of how to operate the machine while you're working on the line and the importance of taking care of the cleanliness of the machine. You know when you're finishing the machine, you need to make sure that the other shift that is coming after you, you have to make sure that everything is okay, everything is fine. If there's a problem, you need to make sure that you report that to the supervisor so that the next shift can know what is happening, what is the problem to that machine and then can tell me how it is affecting you in terms of the production.
I was working with the Pacifica and in my previous seasons I tried to take the points between one local, but I was also working more than the location was working in with one machine, so I knew a bit more about the importance of the machine. So who is your friend? I'm not a sorcerer.
