Every morning at 6 am I did bed bathing to Frail Elderly and changing and move the Patients to wheelchair. I maked up a bed and changing linen. Mobility move the Elderly to dinningroom where I help her with feeding because she was to old to feed herself. I have to medication administration according to Patients prescription from a Doctor or Professional Nurse and monitor vital signs every morning. Help Elderly grannies with light excise . Or reading magazines for them or we let them watch TV. The following day I had to plan a balance breakfast for them and prepare it as I'm also a quality chef so I have knowledge that Elderly people and Palliative, those who have chronic disease have to eat nutrition balance meal to make sure those food it's easy to be digested and they can't be constipated. I also had opportunity to planning balance lucj meal and do table lay out because all Elderly people need to feel special and well taken care of ..some I had to feed them as it's hard for them to feed themselves some were Parkiston patients so their hands shakes alot . Some are Diamentia you put Food in front of them they forget that they are supposed to eat.... I have learned a lot from individuals Patients and Elderly Frail patients. I also learned how to do patients plan charge sheet.
