Take calls for breakdown assistance requirements and ascertain the problem and location of the caller.. Maintain tow trucks and other equipment.. Report on breakdown activities and update files.. Follow up with team regularly to provide states update and estimate time that you will arrive at the destination.

Ensuring all the sites are cleaned properly. Checking out the yard is thoroughly cleaned including gardening.. Helping out in the offices where necessary. General duties including taking out full dust bins and clean around.
