Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the B2B sales team to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with market trends. Build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate mutually beneficial business agreements. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvements. Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead and opportunity follow-up. Collaborate with marketing and customer service departments to align commercial strategies. Represent the company at trade shows and networking events to generate new business opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software. Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems in real time.
