Receiving shipments, order fulfillment and order picking, packaging and preparation of shipment documents.. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents, ensuring accuracy.. Package, label and ship customer orders by courier, motor freight and local truck deliveries.. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.. Communicate missing or damaged stock and short shipment situations. Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas by restocking shelves and moving parts as necessary.. Package Sorter-Part-time
Sort Package packages and items by destination or delivery route. Load and unload shipments from trucks or conveyor belts. Inspect packages for damage and report discrepancies. Scan barcodes and update tracking information using handheld devices. Place sorted items in designated bins or pallets. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area. Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.. Assist with inventory control as needed.
