Group Leader – Wiring Harness Department

Lead and supervise a team of 10 Wiring Harness Designers, managing workload, schedules, priorities, and daily engineering activities.. Manage team performance and ensure achievement of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Service (QCDS) KPI targets.. Lead the development, modification, and revision of automotive Engine Room wiring harness designs using CADRA, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and engineering specifications.. Review and validate engineering changes, drawings, and design data to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable engineering requirements.. Develop and enhance the technical capabilities of team members through coaching, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job support.. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion and implementation of design projects.. Analyze design and process-related issues and implement effective solutions to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and delivery.
