What to tell you about my experience? Well, I am not a young guy. I am a... I was born in 1974. I lived in the states in Georgia, in Atlanta, in North Carolina, Greensboro. I've been around. I studied business administration and I had a Mexican restaurant in my face of entrepreneur in there. Then I ended up coming back to Colombia and ended up having... becoming a single dad of a kid that they stayed to me when he was 14 months old, and now he's 15, about to finish high school. And all this time I've been here and trying to do my best. I work in the virtual like places since COVID hit. I, as we were needed to be at home. And by that time I was doing some different jobs and I was following another kind of goals that I had. And I was like, restoring cars. I did a lot of the MGs, like cruisers, and right now I have left an MG and a British car in 1975, a midget. And basically, what I have learned in my life, nothing that just try to do your best and give the best that you can. Try to have a lot of empathy, like to put yourself in the shoes of the other person and follow procedures and always ask and do your best. Sometimes it's better to ask for excuses than...
As far as now, I have not been using any dispatch software, but I imagine that might be similar to all of the softwares that I've used in the past. I'm a fast learner, but basically, well, you keep everything with education, and you are always on top of the game. You try to know your tools and do the best on everything, like have good manners with education, thank you, please, and everything like that. Good manners get you a long way. And basically, I'm a fast learner and easy individual to work with. I have not worked, as I said, with the dispatch software, but I imagine that it will be like the way to communicate either with the people that is doing the delivery as well as the customer to let them know about locations and everything and to be on top of the game. So if there's any delay or something, let them know in advance and try to keep everybody happy so there is not a lot of complaints in the situation and also that way you're doing the best if it's a transportation company, a trucking company, like to have everything under control.
multiple challenges faced while coordinating deliveries or pickups. Well, it was related with the same company and basically it was not a multiple challenge, but you cannot be like in my case that it was not the bulk items, but like one by one if they ask for medications or if they ask for different choices of materials for bidding some answer. So in that, you cannot be doing that immediately. You needed to coordinate what was the best way to deliver and to coordinate the pickups. Also in a different setting in other of the jobs that I had, I was coordinating for Walmart all the missed and lost items and it was basically more an issue of being on top of the game and well, I was talking with someone, calling at the same time or contacting FedEx or Walmart directly to find out where the packages were for the people in order to resolve everything and keep the customer happy.

Well, even though it doesn't appear on the resume, I did manage like a sales firm, a sales firm that was connected to my Amazon Human America via Mercado Libre. And basically, it depended on the type of purchase that was applied. What I did have was the like the warehouse with inventory, and depending on the locations, we needed to immediately, if it was in the morning prior to noon, if it was in the afternoon prior to 4 p.m., we needed to send to specific locations all the batches of the independent packages that we need to consolidate and submit. And basically, it's a matter of organization and knowing how is the process and to be aware that everything matters price-wise and that basically, at the end, you are as good as you're able to schedule and to have a good program to deliver things. So depending on the geographical location of where you need to submit the packages or that the system have received the purchase, you needed to go and manage all the situations that you needed. And you needed to avoid also to have extra expenses into having like little cars going multiple times to one place. So basically, it was a matter of knowing where geographically was located everything and to be able to process and provide and fast solutions for all this.
It doesn't appear on my resume, but basically once you have a aim to dispatch something, it depends on if it's priority or not, and it depends on the geographical location of where you need to send it. And in the past, I did have like a business in the part of logistics that I needed to have multiple dispatch over like a sales platform similar to eBay in which there was something priority that needs to be delivered within the next three days and the rest within 3 to 4 days and basically being on top of everything and having like a control on what needs to be done immediately and what didn't need to be done at once. And it depends on what system is needed to be used, but basically it's a discipline repetition and not to wait until the last minute to do things. It's just a matter of being on top of the game and trying to get things done as soon as possible. And when it's like a batch of deliveries, then it needs to be like into a consolidated delivery or a consolidated trip with different places to go. It's just a matter of planning and do the best in order not to have multiple trips to locations close by, just to have like everything in a group and setting all the solutions at once. That basically depends on the system that is being used. Thank you.
