Good Vibes is hiring a dedicated 2 Year MC Authority Owner Operator for a contract position based in Albany, Georgia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to operate independently while delivering critical freight transportation services within the region. With a competitive annual pay of $375,000, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently along assigned routes.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee safe operating conditions.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle operations, including hours of service and cargo documentation.
• Comply with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and team members about freight status and any issues.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs with service providers as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster positive client relationships during deliveries.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Owner Operator with MC Authority.
• Strong driving skills emphasizing safety and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight transportation operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.

This contract role offers autonomy within a supportive team environment. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
