💰 Salary: $80K-110K (base plus variable) per annum plus benefits

About this Position:
The one of our client is looking for a hands-on, customer-facing A/V support technician to keep conference rooms and video-conferencing systems reliable. This is an early-career role (1+ year) focused on room checks, troubleshooting, incident tracking, installations/upgrades, vendor coordination, and Client's-device support—not an A/V design or programming position. Cisco, Crestron, and Extron experience is especially
relevant; AVIXA’s CTS certification is a plus, not a must-have.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform conference room health checks to ensure audio visual and video conferencing systems are operating at optimal conditions.
Resolve and track support requests and incidents, escalate issues to proper
support teams
Support A/V upgrades and installations
Facilitate A/V vendor activities
Support and troubleshoot devices (TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)
Track and document A/V inventory
Key Qualifications:
✅ Good understanding of video conferencing and AV switching and control hardware (Cisco, Crestron, Extron preferred).
✅ Good understanding of network technologies and security concepts.
✅ Excellent problem solving abilities
✅ Able to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and complete tasks on time
✅ Able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive)
✅ Able to quickly adapt to new technical concepts and tools
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience and Education:
