Job description
Tasks
- Own FileNet deployments, upgrades, configuration, and production support
- Lead root cause analysis and cut recovery time on production issues
- Drive automation, cloud transformation, and monitoring (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Act as gatekeeper for production changes, including smoke testing and governance
- Handle vulnerability remediation, content migration (Sweep), and mass updates via FileNet APIs
Requirements
- Strong IBM FileNet 5.x experience (dev, admin, and ops)
- 3+ years on distributed server platforms, 2+ years in production support
- 2+ years in API or microservices development
- Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud-native exposure
- Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Clear communication and a continuous-improvement mindset
