• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and advising on system performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities for accurate project tracking.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in HVAC or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Strong electrical knowledge and understanding of refrigeration systems.

• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
