Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while ensuring efficient operation and compliance with safety requirements.
- Diagnose HVAC equipment issues and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Answer customer questions and advise clients on system performance and energy efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Work with team members to deliver quality HVAC services on schedule.
- Follow safety practices to help protect clients and coworkers.
- Maintain and develop HVAC technical skills through ongoing training and education.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in HVAC or a related field.
- Practical skills in HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Strong electrical knowledge and understanding of refrigeration systems.
- Effective technical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- At least 2 years of HVAC or related experience is desirable.
