Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to students on course and program selection tailored to their academic and career aspirations.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to evaluate students' needs, challenges, and academic progress.
• Regularly follow up with students to monitor performance and implement necessary interventions for improvement.
• Work closely with educators and faculty to stay updated on program requirements and offerings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and progress for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars to educate students about available academic resources and support services.
• Participate actively in team meetings to contribute ideas for enhancing counseling processes and student support.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th Pass; Graduate degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counseling techniques and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in academic counseling or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with student management software and digital tools is an advantage.
