Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and support to students in selecting appropriate courses and academic programs. Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess students’ academic needs and progress. Regularly follow up with students to monitor performance and offer timely interventions. Collaborate closely with educators and faculty to ensure clear understanding of program requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and academic progress. Organize workshops and seminars to educate students about available academic resources and support services. Participate actively in team meetings to enhance counseling processes and student outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in counseling techniques and interpersonal communication. Experience in academic counseling or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
