Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to reconcile billing discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed billing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client billing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the accounting department for seamless financial reporting.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in projects to enhance billing processes and implement best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of billing and accounting principles with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with accounting software and billing systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or accounting roles preferred.

This role reports directly to the Billing Manager and is part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement. The position is based in Satna and is not remote eligible.

Salary: ₹12000 per month.
