HR Recruiter & Telecaller Intern – Greater Noida

ALPHA BELIEVER is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter and Telecaller Intern in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through relevant platforms.
• Call prospective candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate interaction records and update recruitment databases.
• Work with senior recruiters to develop job descriptions and job postings.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely updates throughout the interview process.
• Join team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and candidate progress.
• Track and report recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Data-entry experience and familiarity with recruitment software are preferred.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.

Work Environment
