Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Support month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and optimize workflows. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review, adhering to regulatory requirements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks, and advanced MS Excel skills. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred, ideally within the finance industry. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in financial reporting. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams including operations and management to support overall financial health.
