Accounting Analyst

Tasks

• Process high-volume invoices, manage vendor inquiries, and ensure accurate postings in SAP.
• Review and process employee expense reports through SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
• Investigate invoice deductions, assist with reporting, and improve accounting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, distribution partners, and external vendors to resolve accounting inquiries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail.
• CPA studies or progress toward the designation is an asset.
• Knowledge of local and provincial commodity tax laws is preferred.

Schedule

• Temporary opportunity.
• Approximately 6 months.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hybrid.

Pay

• $22–$30/hour
